Grace Goro Kaage is a top-producing real estate agent out of Coldwell Banker’s largest Illinois office at Lincoln Park Plaza in Chicago and founder of boutique real estate team, The Goro Brenner Group.
In order to ensure that her client’s needs are addressed quickly and consistently, Grace surrounds herself with a team of highly-skilled professionals. They practice immediate response times and work diligently to accommodate their client’s specific ambitions.
From initial orientation to arranging for staging and photography to market strategy, Grace works extensively to help prepare her properties for market. Her detail-oriented approach allows her to procure the highest possible purchase price for her sellers. She proceeds with her buyers in a similar fashion, insisting on individualized service for each client from start to finish.
Grace comes from a real estate background. Her father, Chuck Goro, is the managing broker of her 230-agent Coldwell Banker office. Her eldest sister, Taira Doherty, is an agent there as well. Her grandfather founded Benson Realty, a brokerage out of Orland Park. Today, Grace’s business is based on referrals and although she has experience across Cook County, she specializes in high-end residential real estate on Chicago’s north side including Lincoln Park, Old Town, River North, Lakeview, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Ukranian Village and the West Loop. She is a certified Previews Property Specialist.
Grace sits on the board of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network (YPN) and is a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® Political Action Committee (PAC) Workgroup. She is also the founder of the Prostate Cancer League (PCL) Bluezone – a philanthropic organization dedicated to raising funds and awareness to help fight prostate cancer.
