Grace Goro is a high-end residential real estate specialist out of @properties largest Illinois office at Goose Island in Chicago. In her early years, she helped her first team secure a record $42 million in volume before branching out to found her own boutique real estate team, The Goro Brenner Group.
In order to make sure that her clients’ needs are addressed quickly and consistently, Grace surrounds herself with a team of highly-skilled professionals. They practice immediate response times and work diligently to accommodate their clients’ specific ambitions.
From initial orientation to staging and photography to market strategy, Grace works extensively to prepare her properties for market. Her detail-oriented approach helps to procure the highest possible purchase price for her sellers. She proceeds with her buyers in a similar fashion, insisting on individualized service for each client from start to finish.
Grace comes from a real estate background. Her father, Chuck Goro, was the managing broker of her former Lincoln Park Coldwell Banker office. Her three sisters are also in real estate. Her eldest sister, Taira Doherty, is a high-end residential real estate specialist; her sister, Julie Braglia, is a mortgage broker and her third sister, Gwen Goro, is the Goro Brenner Group team’s operations manager. Further, Grace’s grandfather founded Benson Realty, a brokerage out of Orland Park.
Today, Grace’s business is based on referrals and although she has experience across Chicagoland, she specializes in high-end residential real estate on Chicago’s north side including Lincoln Park, Old Town, River North, Lakeview, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Ukranian Village, West Loop and select suburbs including her hometown of Park Ridge.
Grace serves as the Vice-Chair for the 2017-2018 Chicago Association of Realtors® Young Professionals Network (YPN) and is also a member of the Realtors® Political Action Committee (RPAC) work group. She is the founder of the Prostate Cancer League, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to raising funds and awareness to prevent and treat prostate cancer.
