The Goro Brenner Group, founded by Grace Goro Kaage and Julia Brenner Lindquist, is a high-end residential real estate team out of @properties’ largest Illinois office at Goose Island in Chicago.
From initial orientation to staging and photography to market strategy, Grace and Julia work extensively to prepare properties for market. Their detail-oriented approach helps to procure the highest possible purchase price for their sellers. Grace and Julia proceed with buyers in a similar fashion, insisting on individualized service for each client from start to finish.
Grace and Julia helped their first boutique real estate team achieve a record $42 million in annual volume before they branched off to form their own team, the Goro Brenner Group. Their team began at Coldwell Banker’s Lincoln Park office where Grace’s father, Chuck Goro, had been the managing broker and their mentor. With more than three decades of managing broker experience, Chuck taught them the importance of honest business transactions, diligence and working relationships with other industry professionals.
Since their start, the Goro Brenner Group has brought on Gwen Goro, the group’s Operations Manager and a licensed broker associate. Gwen runs the day-to-day, behind-the-scenes operations for the Goro Brenner Group and expertly facilitates deal management, marketing execution and team scheduling. Gwen’s organizational skills and highly-detailed approach has made make her an extraordinary asset to the Goro Brenner Group and a tremendous resource for clients and cooperating agents.
Grace and Julia believe that collaboration with other real estate specialists greatly improves the service that they can provide their clients.
