Living and working in the Chicagoland area, she is keen to the trends of the Windy City and its ever-changing real estate landscape. Julia works closely with her Goro Brenner Group founding partner, Grace Goro, as well as her managing broker, listing team and other real estate professionals. She believes that surrounding herself with real estate specialists greatly improves the service that she can provide her clients.
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions you can make in your lifetime, and Julia promises to offer diligent service throughout this life-changing and exciting process. “I know that my clients put a lot on the line when buying and selling property,” she says. “Beyond the financial responsibility, there’s an emotional side that kicks in when someone is selling the home their kids grew up in or looking for a place to start a family. I respect those feelings and work hard to make sure my clients get the best service and my utmost attention. They come first.”
Julia specializes in Chicago’s near north side, including but not limited to Lincoln Park, River North, Old Town, Lakeview, Wicker Park and West Loop, as well as some suburbs, including Park Ridge, Glenview, Evanston/Skokie, Deerfield and Highland Park.
Julia is an enthusiastic member of her community and a die-hard Chicago Cubs and Blackhawks fan. She is a member of the Young Professional’s Board for Eversight Illinois, an organization dedicated to the preservation and restoration of sight. She volunteers for various other charities and is a part of Coldwell Banker’s charitable foundation. Julia is also an active member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network and is a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. When Julia isn’t working, you can find her biking on the lakeshore, trying new restaurants with friends and family, or constantly redecorating her home.
